The building maintenance fee is US$440 monthly, which includes running water, cooking gas, internet service, parking space, building security, pool service, gardening, electricity generator and cleaning of common areas.

Hungry? Natura Cabana spa and restaurant is a 1 minute barefoot beach walk away. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner and their food is yummy and affordable. At the spa you can pamper yourself with massages and facials etc…
Need nightlife? Just head into town.
Want to learn to surf? Enquentro surf beach (the #1 surf spot in the DR) is only a 10 minute stroll down the beach.
Want to learn to kite surf? There’s a school 5 minutes away. If you’re already a kitesurfer, you can do a 45 minute downwinder and land your kite right on the beach in front of our complex.
Love yoga or crossfit? The local yoga studio is a 1 minute walk down the beach. The crossfit gym is 5 minutes away.
Like to run? The trail towards town changes from sand, to shady dirt roads, from ‘caliche’ to grass, to asphalt, to sand… you might even encounter some cows and horses along your adventure.
There’s always something to do here… surfing, windsurfing, kite surfing, SUP, canoeing, canyoning, river rafting… you name it, Cabarete has it.
